Pray that your leader experiences God's Love and salvation. Also, ask God to revive the church and cause His people to be a vibrant testimony to the world, including your leader.

CEN Operations has the responsibility of ensuring that business operations are efficient in terms of using as few resources as needed and effective in terms of meeting customer requirements. 

CEN Operations is primarily concerned with planning, organizing, and supervising in the contexts of Producing our Products/Goods and Services.

CEN Operations is concerned with managing our entire system which is the process that converts inputs from the national team, volunteers, consumers, and incidents) into outputs (in the form of goods and/or services for our network.

CEN Operations produce products, manage quality and create services. CEN Operations covers sectors Prayer, Care, Share, Training, Planning, Customer Relations, working with suppliers, customers, using, testing, deploying, and researching the technology. Operations are one of the major functions in our organization along with supply chains, marketing, finance, public information, administration and logistics/human resources. The CEN Operations function requires the management of both the strategic and day-to-day production of goods and services.

CEN Operations is tasked with several types of decisions including operations strategy, product design, process design, quality management, capacity, facilities planning, production planning and inventory control. Each of these requires an ability to analyze the current situation and find better solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the CEN Operations.

CEN is a facilitator, coaching, ministry humbly pursuing best practices for self-organizing the body of Christ.

The National organization comprised of subject matter experts in Emergency and Crisis Management strive to help the body of Christ Mitigate, Respond to, Recover from, Pray, Care, and Share the gospel of Jesus Christ in situations large or small 

Helping people understand what they are called to do and putting them into a role to serve most effectively in their community.
